Results from Lincolnshire’s magistrates’ court this week:

Tim Edrich

Tim Edrich, 22, of Gordon Field, Market Rasen, has been given a 12-month conditional discharge after he pleaded guilty to having a quantity of class B drug cannabis in Lincoln on March 27, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court has 
heard.

Edrich has been ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Amy Hunter-Sellars

Amy Hunter-Sellars, 18, of King Street, Market Rasen, has appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court where she pleaded guilty to having cannabis in Lincoln on 
March 27.

The court heard how Hunter-Sellars has been given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams, 34, of no fixed abode, has appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court charged with a string of offences.

The court heard how Mr Williams is accused of causing criminal damage to an advertising frame, to the value of £80, belonging to Co-op Travel.

He is also accused of being drunk and disorderly in King Street, Market Rasen and assaulting two police constables and a police community support officer in the execution of their duty.

All offences allegedly happened in Market Rasen on March 14.

Mr Williams has not yet entered any pleas.

He has been remanded in custody until May 20 when he is due to appear before magistrates in Lincoln.

Bradley Burslam

Bradley Burslam, 18, of Grimsby Road, Market Rasen, has been charged with stealing food from Cafe Portico in Lincoln, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court has heard.

The court heard how Mr Burslam allegedly entered part of the building as a trespasser on January 14.

The case has been adjourned until July 3.

Rachel Cheeseman

Rachel Cheeseman, 22, of King Street, Market Rasen, has been sentenced after she pleaded guilty to a criminal damage charge, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court has 
heard.

The court heard how Cheeseman damaged a £160 tyre on a Land Rover Freelander belonging to Kimberley Boyles.

The incident happened in Market Rasen on 
February 2.

Cheeseman was ordered to pay £160 
compensation.

Duane Atkinson

Duane Atkinson, 32, of Vale Cottages, Kirmington Vale, Barnetby, is due to appear before Grimsby Magistrates’ Court today accused of drink driving.

Mr Atkinson has been charged with driving a Vauxhall Astra in Lockhill Road, Grimsby when he was over the legal alcohol limit.

The incident allegedly happened on April 5.

Mr Atkinson is accused of being more than one-and-a-half times over the legal drink-drive limit.

He has not yet entered his plea.
