Jewellery stolen in Rasen burglary

Jewellery has been taken from a house in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire Police reported this afternoon.

They say that sometime between 8.20am and 2.30pm on Tuesday, November 25, offenders gained access to the house on George Street by forcing a rear UPVC window.

Once inside, they made an untidy search and stole items of jewellery.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a burglary at a property on George Street in Market Rasen.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything or anyone suspicious in the George Street area around the time.

They would also like to remind householders to be aware and remain vigilant around home security.
