A DRINK driver has been fined £175, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

John Neath, 19, of The Brambles, Market Rasen admitted driving a Peugeot 106 on the A46 in Middle Rasen on May 28, 2011, when he was more than two-and-a-half times over the legal drink-drive limit.

Neath was ordered to pay £100 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months – this will be reduced by 24 weeks if he completes a drink driving rehabilitation course.
