James Scott, 21, of Gleed Avenue, Donington. At Spalding, in Commercial Road, on March 7, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 63 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £280 fine. £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Driving record endorsed. At Donington, on January 8, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. £700 fine. £70 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Gosberton, in Quadring Road, on January 1, as a driver, after being involved in an accident in which damage was caused to property, failed to stop and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give his name and address and the name and address of the owner and the identification marks of the vehicle they were driving. No separate penalty. Disqualified from driving for 28 days. Driving record endorsed. At Gosberton, in Quadring Road, on the same date, drove without due care and attention. No separate penalty. At Boston, in High Street, on March 24, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 75 microgrammes in 100 millilitres.
