Pantomime meets Bake-off at this year’s entertaining offering from the Osgodby Players, which takes to the village hall stage this month.
Although entitled ‘Hansel and Gretel’ this is no the traditional tale of little children lost in the woods - although there is a house made of gingerbread.
This is the story of Ma Kipling and rival baker Barry Bagel vying for the top spot as the Great British Bake-off comes to town.
Bagel’s henchmen, Gary and Baldi, policemen Flip and Flop and many other characters provide plenty of fun along the way.
Performances are at 2.30pm on Saturday, March 12, and 7.30pm on Friday, March 18, and Saturday, March 19.
Tickets cost £6 for adults and £3.50 for children from Ann at Osgodby Post Office, 01673 828594.
