Lincolnshire Day was celebrated in style at The Heneage Arms in Hainton
The establishment is now run by members of the local community and they pulled out all stops to make sure everyone had a great evening.
Not a spare seat was to be had and the live entertainment provided by Brian Dawson was excellent.
An expert in dialect, music and folk tales from all parts of Lincolnshire, Brian kept everyone amused.
A buffet supper was available, which consisted of everything Lincolnshire - stuffed chine, haslet, local cheeses, plum bread and much more.
Very little was left over, but Mike Perkins kindly auctioned produce, adding to the money raised.
A donation has been made to St Mary’s Church at Hainton and it is hoped to repeat the event next year.
