A BUSINESS summit aimed at boosting the local economy is being held in Market Rasen.
The first Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership business summit will take place at Market Rasen Racecourse on Friday, October 12 from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
The summit is one of a series of events being held across the county to support businesses in challenging times. Greater Lincolnshire LEP investment and operations manager Ruth Carver said: “We are happy to promote and support this series of events aimed at growing the Lincolnshire economy.
“These events give people a fantastic opportunity to network as well as get an update on all of the opportunities that are going on in Greater Lincolnshire at the moment.
“Our aim is to create the conditions which will bring improved infrastructure to the county as well as opportunities for businesses to grow.”
The Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership, set up in 2010, is a body led by the private sector which aims to improve conditions for infrastructure and doing business in the greater Lincolnshire area.
