Systematic Print Management, based in Caistor, has beaten more than 100 rivals to become the country’s ‘Best Print Management Company.’

The award, from the Independent Print Industry Association (IPIA), follows others and comes as the company enjoys rising sales and staff numbers.

The company was judged on its technical knowledge, design work, customer service annd partnership working.

“For them to respect our work is really high praise,” said managing director Cris Robey.

Last October, Systematic Print Management won a Heart of the Community Award in the Lincolnshire Business Awards, and it also recently gained a Royal Warrant.

“Business is good. We are growing. We took on three sales and customer service staff in April. One replaced a colleague who retired after 33 years working here,” he said. The firm hopes to further increase its 25 staff later this year.

“Sales have consistently grown over the past five years. There was an impact from recessionn but we made up for that by expanding our market share and extending into corporate gifts like accessories, workwear, mugs annd hats,” Chris continued.

“We are also excitedly looking forward to the future. Next year we achieve our 40th anniversary and we are looking forward to celebrating that.”
