Bridge players follow suit to raise £524 for church appeal

BRIDGE DAY – A very successful bridge day, organised by Betty Jackson and Gill Campion in the village hall, raised £524 for the St Mary’s Church Restoration Appeal.

The prizes for bridge were generously donated by the Lincolnshire Co-operative Society, and there was a raffle with more than 20 very good prizes.

HALL FUNDS – Prize bingo evenings in the village hall have now come to an end for the summer and will hopefully start again in September if there is sufficient interest.

Organised by Yvonne Bryson, recent sessions raised £150 for hall funds.

Thanks are expressed to all who have given their support.
