The garden at 68 Watts Lane, Louth, home of Jenny and Rodger Grasham, is open this Sunday, August 3, as well as four other Sundays in August, for the National Gardens Scheme.
These extremely generous owners have an exceptionally good garden which was a blank canvas of 1/5-acre in the early 90s and has been developed into a lush, colourful, tropical to traditional plant packed haven.
There is a whole new world awaiting the visitor on entering this very special garden from the street.
Generous borders, a raised tropical island, a long hot exotic border, ponds, stumpery, a developing prairie style border, a summerhouse and conservatory with a grapevine together with secluded seating areas and grass pathways all await.
The garden is open from 11am to 4pm.
Admission is £2.50, children free, and there will also be home made teas and a plant stall.
