The garden of The Old Rectory at East Keal, off the A16 two miles south west of Spilsby, opens to the public this Sunday, June 1 for the NGS charity.
The garden is in a beautifully situated position with fine views, a rambling cottage garden on different levels falling naturally into separate areas, with changing effects and atmosphere.
Steps and paths lead you on, with seats well placed for appreciating special views and plant combinations or for just relaxing and enjoying the peace.
There is a dry border, vegetable garden, orchard, woodland walk and wild flower meadow.
It is a MUST for keen gardeners and the knowledgeable owner, Ruth Ward, is always present to answer any questions the visitor may want to ask.
Open from 2pm to 5pm, admission is £3, Children free, with home-made teas and plants for sale
Dogs on short leads welcome
