Caistor and District Lions Club’s annual bus outing to Skegness left the town with 90 people on board the two coaches, including the senior citizens paid for by the club and others looking forward to the day. And there was plenty of sunshine, with nonogenarian Harry Minns even braving a swim in the sea.
Lions Gordon Rogers and Stuart Roach accompanied the ‘trippers’ as they enjoyed the bottled water and crisps donated by Caistor Paper Shop.
“What a great group of people were on the trip and thanks go to the drivers for the scenic tour on the return journey,” said Gordon. “Here’s to next year.”
