A successful Harvest meeting was held in the Reading Room, when a selection of soup, rolls and cakes was enjoyed by all.
The auction table was full of fruit and veg, and everything was sold.
Members also took time to chat about the WI resolution ‘Save Our High Street’ and a letter has been written to East Lindsey Council regarding increased parking charges in the local towns.
Ideas were also asked for regarding shops within the village and one suggestion was to encourage all residents to spend at least £5-£10 a week or 10 per cent of their weekly shopping bill here.
Members had also run a successful stand at the annual Binbrook garage sale.
