A lot of fun was clearly to be had in Market Rasen’s Festival Hall back in 1978.
Grimsby Citadel Salvation Army Band was in concert and some of the band members are pictured here along with helpers at the successful event, all enjoying a welcome cuppa.
Women gave tambourine items, while Army songsters also took an active role.
A local record was established on the evening, we are told, with Mr and Mrs F Crow of Osgodby and their daughter selling 313 donation tickets before the event.
