Take a musical tea at Tealby with baroque specialists

Relax this weekend and enjoy a truly English indulgence at Tealby Village Hall.

Go along and spend Sunday afternoon listening to Baroque music played on original instruments just as Bach and Handel would have heard it.

Musicians Wendy Hancock - baroque flute - and Michael Overbury - harpsichord - will be playing a varied programme of solos and duets from 3pm on March 17.

Their programme will include Rameau, Couperin, Handel, JS Bach Sonata in A major, BWV 1032, for flute and obbligato harpsichord.

As well as playing, they will introduce the music and talk about their instruments.

After the concert, home-made cakes and tea which will be served.
