A wonderful evening of mystery and suspense is on offer this week at Grimsby Auditorium.

The 60th anniversary tour of Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap is certainly something not to be missed.

As the curtains open, a fantastic set draws you straight into the feel of the play.

From there, the cast of actors build the story - from the dippy Christopher Wren, played by Ryan Saunders to the mysterious Mr Paravicini, played by Karl Howman - each drawing you further in to the web Christie’s marvellous plot.

And who would have thought the murderer was......................ah, well now that would be telling.

In the best Mousetrap tradition, the audience is asked to keep the identity to themselves, so the only way you will get to find out is by going along to see the production - you may be lucky enough to get tickets for the final performances.

And you won’t be disappointed, as the whole evening is an utter joy.

Let’s hope more of these top quality productions come to the Auditorium.

The Mouserrap runs to October 26.
