EVEN when you live in the largest of families or the busiest of towns, loneliness can be experienced.
This can especially be true if you have some form of disability or do not go out to work.
A new informal befriending support group starts next month.
The drop-in sessions will be held on Friday mornings from 10.30am to noon at The Hub in Union Street.
As well as helping people feel they can make friends, the Opening Doors drop-in is also somewhere to talk about any issues you may have, in confidence, share experiences and find out where you can get help.
You will be sure of a warm welcome, as well as a warm drink.
For more information drop in to The Hub or call 01673 844556.
