THERE will be a new garden to see next month as part of the National Gardens Scheme.
The garden at 1 Lomond Grove in Humberston, home of Mike Ireland, opens for the first time for the NGS on Sunday, April 10, from 11am to 3pm, and again the following Sunday, April 17.
This is a small south-facing garden for alpines, bulbs, dwarf conifers and other interesting genera, with acers grown from seed providing shade.
Admission to the garden is £2.50 (children free).
Teas and plants will also be on sale.
