AS part of the area’s rural touring entertainment, a spontaneous seasonal evening of musical treats comes to two venues.
The Magical Christmas Tree is full of original and traditional songs with Pete Morton, Maggie Boyle and Chris Parkinson.
The musical trio combines a singer/songwriter extraordinaire, a superb traditional singer and one of the most sought-after folk instrumentalists to deliver a richly textured collection of new and vibrant seasonal songs, beautiful old carols and stunning instrumentals – plus all three voices in three-part harmony.
During the show, audience members are invited to pick a message from The Magical Christmas Tree, providing inspiration for a series of light-hearted seasonal pieces from this hugely talented and entertaining trio.
The Magical Christmas Tree will be at Ludford Village Hall on Thursday, December 1, and at Nettleton Village Hall on Friday, December 2.
Both performances start at 7.30pm.
