A packed St John’s Church in Brigg heard a group of talented musicians honour the musical life of Caistor woman Beryl Potts.

Mrs Potts, as previously reported, is the long serving President of the North Lincolnshire Music and Drama Festival and it is 80 years since she first took part in the festival.

Enthralling the audience were students from the Caistor area - Megan Thompson on
violin, Elicia Palmer on cello, Alexanda Sedman on piano, Thomas Christie on violin and soprano Ailsa McTernan.

They are pictured above with Mrs Potts, together with accompanist Clare Russell, who
arranged the concert.
