Have your say

There was a disappointingly low turnout for the concert given by Between the Lines at Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre and those who didn’t go missed a real treat and those that did enjoyed the close intimate atmosphere that was created.

Between the Lines is a group which follows the ways of the traditional folk singers.

They painted in song a colourful picture of life around the world, but in particular about Lincolnshire, its people and its heritage.

Many of the songs were written by members of this very talented group.

Their music merges humour with pathos, with lovely harmonies, the superb rounded voice of John Blanks ably backed by Phil Biggs and Mark Addison and the wonderful finger picking sound of the guitar and mandolin.

If you see the group are doing a gig near you, go along - you are sure to really enjoy the experience.
