AN ALL-STAR line-up of world class bands, DJs and promoters are returning to the East Coast in November for the UK’s biggest indoor winter music event.
The eleventh annual Big Reunion festival is back at Butlins, Ingoldmells, for two weekends jam-packed with some of its biggest headline acts to date.
A spokesperson said: “Eleven years on and still going strong, 2011 will prove the Big Reunion is still the pinnacle of the winter music festival season and the must attend bash of the winter calendar.”
Butlins will be transformed into a haven of musical decadence, with six arenas playing host to more than 15,000 revellers and an eclectic blend of dance, rock, rave and rap artists.
Innovative UK rap/ garage cross-over act The Streets, fronted by the charismatic champion of ‘geezer rap’, Mike Skinner, will be playing one of their last ever gigs before retirement.
Other notable attractions include electro-rapper Example, who will be headlining the Judgement arena over both weekends with his blend of ‘dysfunctional electro’ and his massive hit ‘Love Kickstarts Again’.
UK grime MC, Devlin is confirmed to headline the TwiceasNice arena on the first weekend with Professor Green taking over for the second weekend.
As well as boasting a spectacular line-up of popular musical acts, festival-goers will also be able to sample much of the usual bars, restaurants, and amusements on offer at Butlins.
Weekend one takes place between November 18 to 20 and weekend two is from November 25 to 27.
