American singers take to Rasen stage

The University of North Georgia Singers make a welcome return to Market Rasen this month.

The talented singers last performed at the town’s Methodist Chapel in 2013 and will be back to sing again on Wednesday, March 15.

Under the directorship of Dr John M Broman, they will be performing their spring tour programme.

The concert starts at 7pm and admission is free, with a retiring collection.

If you can’t make it to Market Rasen Methodist Chapel, the Singers will be performing in the Chapter House at Lincoln Cathedral on the afternoon of March 15, 1.10pm to 2pm, when admission is again free.

They will also be performing with Scunthorpe Male Voice Choir on Tuesday, March 14, at The House in Scunthorpe’s Brumby Wood Lane.

Local folk group Da Capo will also be playing from 6.30pm.
