Mask theatre will be pulling the strings in Pinnochio production

A PINNOCHIO production is coming to Kirton in Lindsey Town Hall on Wednesday, February 8 at 6pm.

As part of the Livelincs rural touring scheme, Strangeface Mask Theatre Company is putting on a version of the classic tale, based on the original story by Carlo Collodi.

The show – featuring five performers, puppetry and live music – follows the madcap scrapes of the original puppet in a pickle.

The company runs a short session after the performance where the audience members can look at and try on the masks and ask questions about the performance.

North Lincolnshire Council’s cabinet member for asset and estate management, sport, leisure and culture Coun John Briggs said: “Livelincs brings quality performances to rural communities in North Lincolnshire throughout the year.

“This family favourite has had some excellent reviews; don’t miss out on your chance to see this imaginative show.”
