Hi-ho, Marlene’s wicked

SNOW White and the Seven Dwarfs is this year’s pantomine at the Grimsby Auditorium – taking place from Thursday, December 8-26.

Sue Holderness (Marlene in BBC’s Only Fools and Horses and Green Green Grass) stars as the Wicked Queen

Sue regularly performs in pantomime and has enjoyed a celebrated career in film, TV and on stage appearing most recently in the West End and touring production of ‘Calendar Girls’.

This production promises to be a deliciously wicked pantomime with lavish costumes, seven loveable dwarfs, a dame called Dumpling, a magical fairy called Goodheart, fun dance routines, modern pop songs and the usual slapstick comedy and laughs.

Snow White and the Grimsby Auditorium are searching for talented children to appear in this year’s forthcoming Christmas Pantomime Snow White alongside Sue Holderness and a professional pantomime cast.

They are looking for both boys and girls to audition for the role of dwarfs in this lavish fantastic production. There is no age limit, but applicants must be under 4 feet10 inches in height.

Experience is not necessary, but you must have lots of personality and character and being able to sing, dance or perform gymnastics is an advantage. For auditions please wear rehearsal clothes or something you can move in and dance shoes, pumps or trainers.

Auditions will be held on September 15, 5pm at the Grimsby Auditorium.
