This weekend churches in the western area of West Lindsey open their doors to the public as part of the West Lindsey Churches Festival.
Many of the churches will be hosting exhibitions and other events over the weekend, while at others it is the chance to see some of the historic architectural features of the buildings.
At Riby, food is the focus, with tea and cake served on Saturday from 1pm to 4pm for £1.50, while on Sunday a big breakfast is on the menu from 8.30am to 11.30am for £6.50.
A short organ recital will be given at Hackthorn Church on Saturday, between 2pm and 2.30pm, as part of the Owmby group organ trail.
For full details of all the churches pick up a brochure at a participating church or log on to www.churchesfestival.info. The festival continues on May 18 and 19, when churches in the eastern area of the district will be open.
