The burst of spring is now upon us with new green growth coming out daily so take a walk round Caistor this Sunday, April 12, for the Spring Open Gardens Day, being held in aid of the Red Cross.

The is the first year the town has hosted a spring open gardens event and there will be 11 gardens on view for the public to see and enjoy.

Opening times are from 1pm to 5pm, with admission tickets to the gardens costing £5, children under 16 free, available at the Caistor Multi Use Centre in South Street.
