Following last year’s successful screenings, Osgodby Parish Community Action Team (TOPCAT) is bringing three new films to the village hall this summer.

And the first is this Friday, June 19, when
Eddie Redmayne gives his Oscar-winning portrayal of
physicist Stephen Hawking in ‘The Theory of Everything’.

A first for this year is a matinee showing of ‘Paddington’, that much-loved bear from darkest Peru, on Saturday July 4, at 2.30pm.

And that evening, there is the opportunity to see the screen adaptation of the sensational musical ‘Les Miserables’, starring Russel Crowe, Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway.

Tickets for the matinee cost £3, when children under 12 must be accompanied (one accompanying adult is free) and evening showings are £6 in advance, (£7 on the door if available) all from Osgodby Post Office, 01673 828594.
