Live music abounds at two-day festival in Nettleton

This year sees the 12th anniversary of Nettlefest at The Salutation Inn.

Headliners Wizards Sleeve will bring the first day (today, Saturday July 16) to a rip roaring close, which starts with the enchanting classical guitarist Mathew James and goes through a range of musical genres through the evening.

The acclaimed Blues Boys Kings will close the festival off tomorrow (Sunday), but before that, from noon to 5pm, there will be back to back sessions of local youngsters showcasing an array of talents.

There will be an outside bar, with food available, and the chance to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society too.

Take along a chair for this family-friendly event, which runs 3pm to 11pm today and 12 noon to 10pm tomorrow.
