Family fun day at Rase Park

The main event takes place at the home of Market Rasen’s cricket and football teams, in Rase Lane, from 10am to 4pm.

The annual summer gala will have something for everyone to enjoy, from stalls to a police display.

Tony Butler’s exotic animals will be going along and there will also be a bouncy castle and plenty of traditional games.

Music and a tug of war event will keep everyone entertained too.

The event is also an opportunity for charities to raise some money, and awareness.

There will be plenty of refreshment, with the bar open, the barbecue on and the Pimms tent stocked.

In conjunction with the gala there has been a mini beer festival, with four real ales and two ciders on offer from Friday through to Sunday.
