The historic church has no mains electricity, so organisers are hoping for a bright sunlit summer night, but if skies are overcast they will light the oil lamps and candles to brighten the evening.

There will lots of flowers and bunting inside and out and everyone is invited to take along their flags to wave along to the music.

Afterwards, drinks and nibbles will be served in the neighbouring church hall.

All proceeds from the concert will go to Cadney Church Hall’s ‘Loo Fund’.

In the last couple of years, Cadney Church Hall has had several improvements thanks to grant funding, but it still has no toilet.

Once this has been completed, Cadney will have a community building all the villagers can use.

Cadney PCC members have applied for some funding, but still need to raise some money themselves.

A portable toilet will be there on the night of the concert.

Tickets for the concert can bought in advance by calling 01652 678768 / 07970 180966 or can be bought on the door.
