”Caistor is a marvellous place to live and a great community. It’s brilliant that we have communities like this. Thank you to everyone for organising this event.”

Music was provided by Caistorways Sea Shanty Group – Matthew James, Jessica Allan, Anna Kent and Martha Kent - with residents and visitors providing food.

“Many months ago, we had an idea to get the people of Lincoln Drive together and when we realised it was the Queen’s 90th, what better reason for holding a street party?” said event organiser Paul Smith.

“The community spirit led to lots of bonding among the residents. Thanks to everyone for attending.”

Donations from visitors will be donated to the Air Ambulance.
