Best of British puds at Caistor
Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre hosts the Best of British Pudding Club on Friday May 7, from 7pm to 10pm.
On the menu is Yorkshire pudding stuffed with Lincolnshire sausages and onion gravy, followed by English trifle, treacle tart and cream, spotted dick and custard, and chocolate and salted caramel Eton mess.
Entertainment will be by their wandering Lincolnshire poets and guests are welcome to try their hand at reading a verse of their own.
The evening costs £15 per person and booking is essential.
