Quality awards for sports centres

TWO of our area’s sports centres have gained the leading leisure centre management award.

De Aston Sports Centre and Caistor Sports Hall have now achieved Quest – the leading leisure centre management quality award.

Both centres received mystery visits and were rigorously assessed over two days in many aspects of leisure management, including customer care, health and safety, maintenance, cleaning, staff training and environmental management.

Plaques will now go up in both centres.
