Members beaten black and brown

CAISTOR based English Shotokan Academy held a black and brown belt training course and grading examination at the Oasis Academy in Grimsby recently.
Around 40 martial artists from all around the country attended for the three hours of training. These included members of Tamae East Coast Shotokan Karate Club, run by Sensei Roger Hooton 5th Dan.
Three members of the club passed their Shodan (black belt) grading in front of a panel of three 5th and 6th Dan examiners, including Emma Faulkner (pictured left) and Adrian Joyce plus Vanessa Newbutt (not pictured).
