Market Rasen-based rider Ryuichi Kiyonari pays a return visit to Oulton Park to contest the ninth round of the MCE British Superbike championship this weekend.

The Japanese racer will be anxious for a return to form after a tough month with poor results and problems with the Buildbase BMW.

At the May Day meeting, Kiyo scored a fifth place and a repeat of that would serve as a welcome boost to his confidence.

There are three races at the Cheshire circuit this time which gives Kiyo a good chance of scoring well.

The weekend begins with free practice on Friday at 10.15am and 3.05pm, with the final session on Saturday morning at 9.40am.

The three-stage qualifier is on track at 12.25pm which will set the grid positions for the first 18-lap race which is set to get under way at 4.30pm.

On Sunday morning at noon, the riders have a 10-minute warm-up ahead of the two races at 1.35pm and 4.30pm.

Qualifying and all three races will be televised live by Eurosport 2.
