Techys and Dons are league’s only unbeaten teams

In the Caistor Six-a-Side League, Caistor Techys held on to top spot with a 2-0 win over CTFC.

Joe Kent proved to be the difference between the two teams, putting in a man of the match performance.

Grey & Young Ones got their first win of the season with a 5-1 defeat of Crusaders, with Johno Pucky the standout performer.

NK Dons took over second place with a 3-1 win over Bottom of the League, who, true to their name, now occupy the league’s bottom spot.

Dons’ Oli Bell was credited with the man of the match award.

Dynamite Parfitt were another side to register their first win of the season as they beat Young Prospects 4-0, with Charlie Wright getting the man of the match award narrowly over Tim Stewart.

Two games into the season, the league is beginning to take shape, with Caistor Techys and NK Dons the only teams with one hundred per cent records.

At the other end of the table, Crusaders and Bottom of the League are still looking for their fist win.
