Six of the best helps extend unbeaten run

TOFT started this match unbeaten in their last six games and never looked like spoiling the run.

They begun well with two early chances, but Lowlands keeper made good saves.

Toft kept pressing and got their reward when a shot was cleared out to the edge of the area where Jake Bennett then lobbed the keeper, 1-0.

Toft had more chances, but Lowlands keeper was playing very well.

Toft did get a second goal when George Bennett shot from 20 yards into the roof of the net, 2-0 at half-time.

Toft started well in the second half with constant pressure and soon scored when Andy Gardner went clear.

This was soon followed by George Bennett getting his second and Toft’s fourth.

Toft now looked to score with every chance, but again the Lowlands keeper made some great saves.

The team did get two more goals from George Bennett, saving the best until last as he beat six players to score.

Final score 6-0, and Toft stay close to the top spot.
