Young Prospects pulled off arguably the result of the night in the Caistor Six-a-Side Football League as they held league leaders Caistor Techys 2-2 in a thrilling game.

After their last-minute 3-2 defeat to Techys last time around Prospects, inspired by man-of-the-match Terry Wright, could have taken the win with better finishing.

Their draw opens up a slim chance for CTFC who beat Crusaders 7-1 to clock up their seventh straight win thanks to Harry Cearns.

Next week they face a resurgent Dynamite Parfitt who sit third after a comprehensive 5-2 win over NK Dons as Harry Williams helped his team to their fifth straight win.

Macca Langmaid was the difference in a end-to-end encounter between Grey and Young Ones and Bottom of the League, the latter deservedly grabbing their third win of the season, 4-1.

This will hopefully give them confidence to push into the top half next season which begins on Tuesday, January 5.
