Caistor Rovers 7 RER Haulage 4

Rovers entertained RER Haulage from the division below for this cup match.

The home side started well and were soon rewarded as flying full back Michael Flower scored the opener.

Rovers took their eye off the ball though and scoreline was soon level. This spurred Rovers into action and the football started to flow. Aaron Ford scored a bullet header, quickly followed by a tidy finish from Kieran Togher.

Another tidy move saw a great strike from Nathan Usher and just moments before half time the dangerous Aaron Ford doubled his tally to make it 5-1 at the break.

Rovers started the second half badly, conceding three sloppy goals. But Rovers added two more.

before the end. found new life and skipper Liam Ladds got his goal before substitute Josh Cook finished the scoring off to give Rovers a 7-4 win.
