The Alford Grammar School pupil, a member of the North-East Lincolnshire Disability Forum, is hopeful of repeating his medal haul on the world stage.
“I’ve really enjoyed competing all week,” he said. “I didn’t know how well I would do so it’s great to go home with some medals.
“After watching the Paralympics I was really excited about taking part in lots of sports. It would be fantastic to take part in the Games myself and if I won like I have this week I’d be delighted.
“I’m hopeful of taking part and if I keep enjoying it and practising all my sports then one day hopefully I’ll get there.”
He was one of more than 300 children from 25-plus schools competing at the multi-sport event and he;s keping his sporting options open.
“I’ve tried so many different events this week. I’ve tried table tennis, hockey, basketball, archery and lots of others so I’m not ready to focus on just one yet although in the future I will probably have to. I like cycling as well so I may even choose that.”
As the team behind UK Athletics, Norwich Union is supporting athletes of all abilities from playground to podium.
