Parking - Cars coming back to town
Is it my imagination or are the cars coming back to the car parks in Market Rasen?
Since the charges came in earlier this year, the car parks have been devoid of vehicles on the days I have driven into town.
However, last Friday the John Street car park was getting pretty full and there was even a queue for the ticket machine - are drivers becoming more accepting?
