Charity auction set to be a hit with your help

EDITOR - A charity auction night is being arranged for the second year running at The George Inn in Market Rasen.

The organisers of this year’s event are hoping, with the help of local businesses and the people of Market Rasen, to top last years fantastic figure of £3,171. This was evenly split between the two Charities, St Barnabas Hospice and Wish upon a Star.

This year’s charities are St Barnabas Hospice and British Heart Foundation.

We are asking for your participation in raising as much money as we can for these amazing charities that touch the hearts and lives of so many people.

The charities rely on good people like you and I to raise money which goes towards research, the help of paying nurses to look after our loved ones or assisting people to obtain the correct advice and treatment. The charity night will be held on Thursday, October 6, and starts at 7pm.

The evening will consist of a charity auction, a live demonstration by hypnotist Gary Wilson (with a little help from the audience), hot food will be on sale and a tombola stall will be set up for you to try your luck.

Please join because together we can make a difference.
