Councillor resigns - Joanne Knowles, who has served as a member of the parish council for more than three years, has tendered her resignation.

Council chairman Julie Thacker acknowledged Joanne’s service to the community and in particular her recent term of office as chairman.

The vacant seat will be filled by co-option unless parishioners request an election.

The new council member would serve until May when the current four-year term of office of all parish and district councillors in East Lindsey will end.

Pudsey Puds - The Supper Club will be raising money for Children in Need with their Pudsey Party on Friday November 21.

Soup and puddings will be on offer at the event in the Methodist Church, which starts at 7pm.

And there will also be a tombola and Pudsey treasure hunt.

The cost for the evening is £4 per person.
