This year sees the 10th Anniversary of the Rase Heritage Society and to celebrate they will be holding an exhibition in St Thomas’ Church Rooms on July 4, which will transfer to the Hub and the Library for the rest of the month.

In addition there will be a quiz/treasure trail around the town with all answers being found in the shops and selling points.

The quiz can be bought for £1 each from the Hub and the first prize is a hamper worth over £50.

Herbal Workshop: Tuesday July 7, 7pm - 9pm

Women’s Medicine - Join herbalist Ali English in a workshop on herbs for women’s health. Learn how to use herbs and nutrition to ease a variety of common health complaints, ranging from menarche to pregnancy and problems associated with the menopause. £15 per session. Please bring your own jars and bottles – all other materials supplied.

Fascinator Workshop: Wednesday July 22, 1pm - 3pm

Make a beautiful Fascinator at our workshop. All materials provided for you to create a unique fashion piece. Book early, places are limited to six. Cost £25.

Junior Craft Club: First and Last Saturday of the month, 10am.

Lots of fun for children of all ages. Cost £3 per child. Please book early, places are limited.

Inspire! Creative Wellbeing: Tuesdays, 1pm - 3pm

A friendly and informal group using creativity to improve quality of life for those who struggle with anxiety, low self esteem, stress, lack of confidence, depression etc. No need to book, just come along.

Family History: last Friday of the month, 10am - 12 noon

Are you researching your Family History and needing help? Drop in to chat to others for advice and guidance. Cost £2.50 including a cuppa.
