CHRISTMAS is a magical time of year, especially for children.
Meeting Father Christmas can be a wonderful treat for the little ones... and mums and dads too!
If they have been well behaved youngsters can tell Santa about their Christmas wish list and their hopes for the holiday.
They might even get a treat from Santa too!
Luckily, thanks to his supersonic reindeer, Santa is stopping off at several places across the area this year to give plenty of opportunities for children of all ages to meet him.
He will be dropping in on Louth Christmas Market on Sunday, December 4 to meet youngsters and their families.
Watch out for his arrival in the town’s Market Place during the afternoon.
There will be music and entertainment for all the family from 10am-4pm with hot and cold food available and over 160 stalls.
Santa will also be in his grotto at The Kings Head in Louth so make sure you call in and say hello.
And there will be a grotto in Louth town centre later in December for the town’s late night shopping events.
Father Christmas will also be at the Christmas Fair in Woodhall Spa on Friday, December 9.
The day will see a variety of entertainment for all ages.
Let’s hope after all that Santa still has time to deliver the presents!
With a magical meeting with Santa, a traditional Christmas tree decorated in the living room and all the treats of the festive holiday it will be a family experience to treasure.
Make sure you take in the fun events organised across the area this year.
A very happy Christmas to all our readers!
