FREE health walks are being held in Market Rasen and Caistor.
Trained volunteer health walk leaders are running free weekly short walks suitable for all abilities.
Lincolnshire Sports Partnership’s physical activity manager Sarah Ferneyhough said: “Health walks are becoming increasingly popular with almost 3,000 people in Lincolnshire now regularly attending walks.
“They are one of the cheapest and easiest ways to improve your health, and are a great way to meet new people and have fun.”
Health walks are funded by NHS Lincolnshire which means they are free to attend. The majority of walks are between 45 minutes and one hour 20 minutes.
