West Lindsey District Council’s planning committee meets this evening, Wednesday, November 18, to determine planning applications for new homes in Normanby by Spital and a boar stud and artificial insemination collection unit in Moortown.
Both applications are recommended for approval subject to conditions.
If approved, the unit will house 150 boars at Watermill Farm, Station Road.
The Normanby by Spital application is for three homes behind the Bottle and Glass pub in Main Street.
The meeting takes place in Guildhall, Gainsborough at 6.30pm.
