Peter Hickin braved the cold weather to once again position himself on his regular pitch outside Market Rasen Co-op store to raise money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

As is always the case,
Peter was dressed in his wartime ENSA uniform as he played a variety of music on his piano accordion to entertain the shoppers.

And the people showed their appreciation by dropping to donations into Peter’s Poppy Appeal collection bucket, amounting to £78.50.

“We would like to thank Peter, all the shoppers for their generous support and the Co-op management for allowing Peter to perform on their premises,” said Brian Marshall on behalf of Tealby and Market Rasen Royal British Legion.
