Memories flying high for teenager

A CHARITY balloon release will remember a fun-loving Market Rasen teenager.

Alice Rice lost her fight against cancer earlier this year.

The release will be made at 2pm on Monday, September 12, the day after what would have been Alice’s 15th birthday, at De Aston School.

Each balloon will have a tag on which a special memory of Alice can be written.

Money raised from the release will go to support the work of Flights for Life and Pasic, two charities which have helped and supported Alice, and her family, throughout her brave battle.

To buy a tag for £1, phone Corinna on 07949 573102 or call in at Starbucks Bakers in Union Street or the Ambucopter Shop in Queen Street.
